Pico de Gallo has a twin... This blend of hot peppers is very similar to the Original Pico de Gallo. The difference is the name. In certain parts of Mexico, what is know as pico de gallo is referred to as Chile Piquin... So we created.. Pico Piquin
This is the only product that does not consist of the hot red pepper that is the cornerstone of all of our seasonings. This is a blend of our high grade salt and the super sour citric acid that we use in our Pico Limon®. Sal y Limon is used in conjunction with our Pico de Gallo in order to cut the heat. It is also very popular with the kids as a snack seasoning.
