LAVROC Palomar Mountain & Ramona Ride

This was a great ride. Todd & Sue, Frank, Jesus, Walter, Patti & I (George) left Los Angeles at 8:00am and stopped in Corona around 8:45am. We then proceeded to Pechanga Casino in Temecula where we met up with 6 other bikes. These riders are friends of mine that I ride with ocassionaly. We rode to Pala and then up to Mount Palomar. It was a beautiful day with the sun bright and warm. There was snow on the floor, but it was not that cold. We checked out the Palomar Lodge which is still some time away from being a destination for a ride. After that we headed to the city of Ramona to have lunch at the Ramona Cafe. We got there around 1:30pm. After lunch we went back to Temecula to fuel up and head home. I got home around 5:00pm with traffic and all. I can't wait to do this ride again.
